Joshua Christian Academy have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Eagle's View at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Joshua Christian Academy had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were completely outmatched, falling 6-60 to St. Francis Catholic.
Meanwhile, Eagle's View might have drawn first blood against St. Joseph Academy last week, but it was St. Joseph Academy who got the last laugh. Eagle's View might be aching after a bruising 8-31 defeat to St. Joseph Academy. This match was a close 8-10 at the break, but unfortunately for Eagle's View it sure didn't stay that way.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the victory. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous game, so their meeting could be a low-scoring affair.
