A Season-Best Effort from Ryder Lyons Leads Folsom over Downey
On Friday, Folsom got the W thanks in part to Ryder Lyons playing the best football he has all season. Lyons wasn't messing around, throwing for 513 yards and eight touchdowns while completing 74.4% of his passes. The contest was his sixth straight with five or more passing touchdowns.
Lyons is probably looking forward to his next game, a home matchup against Inderkum on Friday. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Lyons saw the Tigers), he rushed for 191 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.1 yards per carry, and also threw for 136 yards and a touchdown.
