The Chaparral Pumas scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They walked away with a 75-68 victory over Summit. The win was just what Chaparral needed coming off of a 68-48 loss in their prior contest.
Chaparral's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from JoJo Bartlett, who scored 23 points along with three steals. The contest was Bartlett's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Cooper Creamer was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with seven rebounds.
The win got Chaparral back to even at 3-3. As for Summit, their loss dropped their record down to 4-9.
Chaparral will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Adelanto at 7:00 p.m. on December 12th. Adelanto has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 302 points over their last four contests. Summit won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Buena at 1:30 p.m. on December 9th. Buena is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
