LaFayette had a senior duo take command as Prezleigh Baty threw for 125 yards and three TDs and Lexi Underwood picked up 80 receiving yards and three touchdowns. Baty also set a new season-high mark in rushing yards with 118. Emma Brown made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.
LaFayette didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Brown, Alexa Cannon, and Underwood picked up one apiece. Brown got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
LaFayette's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Ringgold, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
