Camden Griffith turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Thursday. He turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits (and not a single walk). He is becoming a predictor of Pattonsburg's success: when he allows at most one earned run the team is 4-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).

Coming up, Griffith and Pattonsburg will head out to square off against Newtown-Harris at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
