Big Game from Long As Miller Won 59-7
Starting off the list is Miller's Trevor Long, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Long threw for 310 yards and six touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.
Miller has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Long and Miller will head out on the road to square off against King at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Gregory-Portland Wins Third-Straight Thanks to Reed Dooms
Reed Dooms's big game helped extend Gregory-Portland's winning streak to three on Friday. Dooms was unstoppable, throwing for 218 yards and two touchdowns on only 16 passes, while also rushing for 69 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.
If history really does repeat itself, Dooms might just drop another big game when he faces off against Carroll on Thursday. When Dooms last faced the Tigers back in August of 2023, he threw for 322 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.4 yards per attempt, and also punched in a rushing score.

Brian Mccullum Puts an End to Ray's Losing Streak on Friday
Ray's six-game losing streak is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Brian Mccullum. Mccullum rushed for 81 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made seven total tackles (2.0 for loss).
Ray's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6. Mccullum will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Corpus Christi Moody on Friday.

Dufour Made His Presence Known in Corpus Christi Moody's 56-12 Defeat
Rounding off our Top Five is Kayden Dufour of Corpus Christi Moody. Dufour rushed for 107 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries, and also picked up 34 receiving yards. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 61 yards.
Dufour and Corpus Christi Moody will welcome Ray at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dufour will face off against Anthony Salinas, the Texans' star running back. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game. The only thing left to see is who brings home the W.
