Letrel Montone was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Chase Oswald was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Pottsville pushed their record up to 13-5 with that victory, which was their seventh straight on the road. As for Lehighton, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-6.
Pottsville won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Palmyra at 4:30 p.m. on January 27th. Palmyra will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 580th, while Pottsville is ranked 172nd). As for Lehighton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Schuylkill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in North Schuylkill's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five contests.
