Basketball Game Preview: Chisholm Trail Academy Blazers vs. North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel

The Chisholm Trail Academy Blazers are taking a road trip to take on the North Dallas Adventist Academy Sentinel at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Chisholm Trail Academy has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Chisholm Trail Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past Dallas International 83-29 on Monday. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 48-12.

Max Castro was his usual excellent self, almost dropping a double-double on 42 points and nine steals. His evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jadon Henderson, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points in addition to seven assists and five steals.

Chisholm Trail Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 20 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January of 2024.

Meanwhile, North Dallas Adventist Academy got the win against Winston School of Dallas back in December of 2024 by a conclusive 62-37. The matchup was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Sentinel had established a 22 point advantage.

Chisholm Trail Academy's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-6. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.7 points per game. As for North Dallas Adventist Academy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Chisholm Trail Academy strolled past North Dallas Adventist Academy in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a score of 63-46. Will Chisholm Trail Academy repeat their success, or does North Dallas Adventist Academy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
