The Hamilton Aggies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine games by 20 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 63-32 victory over Cordova at home. Winning may never get old, but Hamilton sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.
It was another big night for Aubrey Sorrells, who scored 22 points along with eight rebounds. The matchup was her 18th in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Parker, who scored 22 points.
Hamilton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. As for Cordova, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 13-5.
Hamilton will head out on the road to face off against Haleyville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Haleyville is out to stop a five-game streak of losses at home. Cordova will take on Curry at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Curry will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings (they are ranked 324th, while Cordova is ranked 152nd).
