Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask White Oak). They claimed a resounding 79-39 victory over the Richlands Wildcats. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 20 points or more this season.
White Oak had a senior duo take command as Camron Myers dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds and Aj Strickland went 5 of 10 en route to 15 points and seven boards. That's the most rebounds Strickland has posted since back in February of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamison Avila, who posted 12 points.
White Oak was working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Richlands only posted four assists.
Despite the loss, Richlands still got an impressive performance from Lenny Halfter-Hunter, who put up 20 points. The match was Halfter-Hunter's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jo?Nathan Kennon, who scored five points and five boards.
White Oak's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-5. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points per game.
