After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tapestry Charter, Howard was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the William & Reed Academy Warriors by a score of 69-57. The Hawks' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
It was another big night for Michael Davis, who posted 37 points. Keegan Roberts was another key player, putting up 13 points.
Despite the loss, William & Reed Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Blanton Trace put up 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Barker Brown, who had 12 points.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Howard will head out to face off against Atlanta Area School for the Deaf at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
