Lane Brown's big game helped extend Winters's winning streak to ten on Friday. Brown turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 214 yards and three touchdowns while completing 92.9% of his passes, and also rushing for 65 yards on only six carries.

Jaydan Marshall was a major factor in East Nicolaus's victory over Colusa on Friday. Nobody could stop Marshall as he rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries. He is becoming a predictor of East Nicolaus' success: when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns the team is 4-1 (and 2-3 when he doesn't).

He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made four total tackles.
