The Sand Creek Aggies's three-game losing streak came to an end on Friday. They came out on top against Quincy by a score of 64-57. The win was just what Sand Creek needed coming off of a 63-32 defeat in their prior match.
Quincy's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Brandon Miner, who scored 20 points along with six rebounds and two steals, and Ryan Kempter who scored 15 points along with five rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Kempter has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Corey Turner, who scored seven points along with five assists and five rebounds.
The win got Sand Creek back to even at 6-6. As for Quincy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-7.
Sand Creek will head out on the road to challenge Erie-Mason at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Erie-Mason is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Quincy will take on Concord at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Concord presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Quincy in Michigan (Concord is ranked 228th, while Quincy is ranked 462nd).
