St. John Bosco Academy fell 42-32 to Nezperce on Thursday. St. John Bosco Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Leading Nezperce to victory were Erica Zenner and Kairys Grant. Zenner dropped a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds, while Grant scored 18 points along with eight rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Grant has scored all season.
St. John Bosco Academy bumped their record down to 2-2 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 23.6 points per game. As for Nezperce, their win bumped their record up to 4-8.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. John Bosco Academy will take on Deary at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Deary is coming into the contest hot, having won their last three games. As for Nezperce, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Highland at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
