Litmer Came Up Big in Highlands'  55-0  Win
 Starting off the list is Highlands's  Rio Litmer, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Litmer threw for 134 yards and four touchdowns on perfect 7-for-7 passing, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. He is  on a roll when it comes to  passing touchdowns, as he's  now  passed for three or more in the last three games he's  played dating back to last season.
 For the year,  Litmer  has thrown 15 touchdowns while averaging 161.8 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season,  he was only averaging 58  passing yards per game.

Cooper Wins Eighth-Straight Thanks to  Keagan Maher
  Keagan Maher was instrumental in extending Cooper's winning streak to eight on Friday. Maher turned in nothing short of a gem, rushing for 101 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 51 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 Scott's probably not too fond of  Maher given he always seems to get the better of them. Back in October of 2023 (the last time  Maher saw the Eagles), he rushed for 67 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries.

Mason Stanton Crosses Big Stat Threshold
  Mason Stanton's big game helped extend Cooper's winning streak to eight on Friday. Stanton showed up in a big way, picking up  two  sacks and making seven total tackles. Thanks to that strong showing,  he's  now averaging 5.1  total tackles per game. We rated that as his best  performance of the season, edging out his previous best set  two weeks ago.
 For the season,  Stanton  has averaged 5.1 total tackles per game  and for the season has  those 2 sacks. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he had one  sack.

Isaiah Johnson Delivers Electric  Effort Vs Scott
  Isaiah Johnson was instrumental in extending Cooper's winning streak to eight on Friday. Johnson was dynamite, picking up 86 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
 Johnson might have his next game, a home matchup with Boone County, circled on his calendar. When  Johnson last faced the Rebels  back in October of 2023, he picked up 181 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

T.J. Hicks Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 On Friday, Highlands got the W thanks in part to  T.J. Hicks playing the best football he has all season. Hicks picked up  a  sack, forced a fumble,  and made seven total tackles (2.0 for loss).
 This year,  Hicks  has averaged 7.2 total tackles per game  and for the season has  those 1 sack. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 0.88  total tackles per game.
