Corinth had already won seven in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.1 runs) and they went ahead and made it eight on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the North Delta Green Wave with a sharp 17-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won 12 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Corinth pushed their record up to 17-8-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for North Delta, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-8.

Corinth will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Green Wave: the pair will be back at it again later today.
