Baseball Recap: Bishop Dubourg Wins Going Away Against Hancock

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Louis HomeSchool P, Bishop DuBourg was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 21-6 margin over the Hancock Tigers. The Cavaliers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matches by 11 runs or more this season.

Bishop DuBourg has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.4 runs over those games. As for Hancock, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13-1.

Coincidentally, Bishop DuBourg and Hancock will both be playing Herculaneum the next time they take the field. The Tigers will host the Black Cats at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Cavaliers will play them later in the day, at 11:30 a.m.
