The Brennan Bears scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They claimed a resounding 103-49 win over Taft on the road. Brennan has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 21 points or more this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Brennan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kingston Flemings, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 12 rebounds. Flemings hasn't dropped below 15points for six straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Talon Todd, who scored 19 points along with two steals.
The win (which was Brennan's 16th in a row) raised their record to 22-4. They've been dominating during the matches in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 25.25 points. As for Taft, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-19.
Coincidentally, Brennan and Taft will both be playing O'Connor the next time they take the court. Taft will head out to face O'Connor at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, while Brennan will host them at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
