Volleyball Recap: Galva's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Galva won the last time they faced Manual and things went their way on Thursday too. The Wildcats walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Rams.

Galva easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-9.

Galva's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-3. As for Manual, they are on a 25-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Galva will head out to face off against Lowpoint-Washburn at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Manual, they will square off against Normal West at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
