Santa Rosa Academy got a massive performance out of Lisa Marie Cante, who scored four runs while getting on base in four of her five plate appearances. Those four runs gave Cante a new career-high. Isabella Carclean also deserves some recognition as she snagged her first stolen base of the season.

Breanna Pacheco was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run while going 3-for-3. Vanessa Taylor was another key player, scoring two runs while going 3-for-4.
Santa Rosa Academy pushed their record up to 11-5 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Nuview Bridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-5-1.
Friday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Santa Rosa Academy hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .390. However, it's not like Nuview Bridge struggles in that department as they've averaged .544. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
