In what's become a running theme this season, the Moore Catholic Mavericks gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They blew past Fontbonne Hall Academy 82-44 at home. The win was familiar territory for Moore Catholic who now have three in a row.
Leading Moore Catholic to victory were Brianna Caliri and Emma Costanzo. Caliri dropped a double-double on 21 points and 13 rebounds, while Costanzo scored 17 points along with seven assists. Costanzo is trending in the right direction, as she's improved her point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Alyssa Ragona, who scored 12 points along with two steals.
Moore Catholic is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Fontbonne Hall Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
