It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but The Foothill Mustangs ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They managed a 14-8 victory over Natomas. The win was nothing new for Foothill as they're now sitting on five straight.
Even if they lost, Natomas' defense sure didn't make it easy: Foothill's QB was sacked six times before it was all said and done. Foothill's QB won't forget Kahirre Louis anytime soon given Louis sacked him six times.
Foothill's victory was their third straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 7-3. As for Natomas, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
Foothill will head out on the road to face off against Lathrop at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Natomas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
