After having lost a blowout to Shorewood in their previous contest, Meadowdale were happy to find some success on Friday. Everything went Meadowdale's way against Lynnwood as they made off with a 55-21 victory. Meadowdale have a history of success against Lynnwood, winning their last head-to-head 55-21.
Meadowdale's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 28 points in the first half. Lynnwood put up 7, so the score was 28-7 at the half. The offense for Meadowdale continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 27 points to put the game away. The win bumped their record up to 1-2. Lynnwood are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-3.
Next week Meadowdale take on Edmonds-Woodway at 5:00 PM. Lynnwood will be staying on the road, facing off against Juanita.
