It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-42, which was the final score in ConVal's tilt against Hollis-Brookline last Saturday. This makes it the second defeat in a row for ConVal.
Meanwhile, Alvirne had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 28-21 win over Souhegan.
Alvirne's victory lifted them to 2-1 while ConVal's loss dropped them down to 1-2. We'll find out if Alvirne can add another positive mark to their record or if ConVal can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Alvirne's step.
