We've got a battle between Titans coming up. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, University and Olympia will really light up the scoreboard on Friday.
University is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Taylor 21-13 on Thursday. The Titans haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Kendra Lee was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out nine over 4.2 innings pitched. Lee was also big at the plate, scoring three runs while going 3-for-5.

In other batting news, University got a massive performance out of Mia Fisher, who went 3-for-6 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. The dominant performance also gave Fisher a new career-high in hits (three). Olivia Boon also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.
University always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .569. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Olympia, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 10-4 margin over Lake Highland Prep on Wednesday. Considering the Titans' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Nellie Robinson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on six hits.
On the hitting side, Gracie Lentine was a standout: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Elizabeth Aguilar, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
University's record is now 3-1. As for Olympia, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
Olympia's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: University has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 11.8 hits per game. It's a different story for Olympia, though, as they've been averaging 10 hits. Given University's sizable advantage in that area, Olympia will need to find a way to close that gap.
