On Bonneville's side, they got a great performance from Jackson Ropp as he struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Ropp has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Gavin Webb and Carter Bowen did most of the damage at the plate: Webb went 1-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one double, while Bowen got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs, one stolen base, and one double. That's the most runs Bowen has posted since back in March. The team also got some help courtesy of Taye Lords, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one double.
