On Thursday, Philadelphia Electric Charter had to suffer through a rough 55-17 loss at the hands of Vaux Big Picture. Philadelphia Electric Charter has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Leading Vaux Big Picture to victory were Kurtis Jackson and Cameron Rembert. Jackson scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and three steals, while Rembert almost dropped a triple-double on 11 points, 11 rebounds, and nine assists. Rembert has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last eight times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Trea Tindal, who scored nine points along with three steals.
Philadelphia Electric Charter's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Vaux Big Picture, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-7.
Philadelphia Electric Charter will head out on the road to face off against South Philadelphia at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. South Philadelphia is out to stop a three-game streak of losses at home. Vaux Big Picture won't have much time to rest: their next match is against High School of the Future at 3:15 p.m. on January 12th.
