The Apalachee Wildcats's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 70-33 loss at the hands of Shiloh. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Apalachee has scored all season.
Shiloh was led to victory by Tylis Jordan and Jullien Cole. Jordan scored 19 points, while Cole dropped a double-double on 22 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Cole has scored at least 25% of Shiloh's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sean Alicea, who scored eight points.
Apalachee bumped their record down to 4-11 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Shiloh, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-3.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Apalachee will take on Gainesville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shiloh, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Forsyth at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. North Forsyth will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Georgia Rankings (they are ranked 324th, while Shiloh is ranked tenth).
