Mill Creek had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Dacula Falcons 61-59. While the Hawks didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Mill Creek's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.0 points per game. As for Dacula, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mill Creek will face off against Discovery at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Mill Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Discovery likes a good challenge.
