Rowyn Burkey and Aiden Schroeder certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Burkey had 20 assists and eight digs, while Schroeder had 22 assists and two aces. Schroeder has been hot, having posted 13 or more assists the last six times she's played.
Leading Anson to victory were Hannah Austin and Sophia Yang. Austin had 26 digs and six assists, while Yang had ten digs and three aces. That's the most digs Austin has posted since back in October of 2024. Allie Steagall also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.
