They took a 55-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of Independence. While the Panthers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Patriots 11-6 in the first quarter.
Rocky River's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Providence, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.
Things could have been worse for Rocky River, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 67-50 loss to Providence when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Can Rocky River avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
