Bozeman has enjoyed the comforts of home their last eight games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Franklin County Seahawks at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Bozeman is not getting complacent, as they presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Franklin County in Florida (Bozeman is ranked 132nd, while Franklin County is ranked 409th).
Bozeman has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 21 points or more this season. They claimed a resounding 71-44 win over Vernon at home.
Bozeman got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Gray out in front who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. Gray set a new season high mark in steals with four. Another player making a difference was Lincoln Patterson, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds and seven assists.
Meanwhile, Franklin County had just enough and edged Cottondale out 45-43 on Tuesday.
Bozeman's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Franklin County, they now have a winning record of 6-5.
Bozeman beat Franklin County 54-47 in their previous matchup back in January. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bozeman since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
