Volleyball Recap: West Point-Beemer Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

West Point-Beemer entered their tilt with Tekamah-Herman on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Tigers 3-0. The Cadets have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Tigers, too.

While West Point-Beemer might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Tekamah-Herman scored at least 21 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-23, 25-21.

Katrina Moyer paced West Point-Beemer's offense, picking up 11 kills. Moyer got some help from Campbell Consbruck and her 29 assists. Consbruck was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Tekamah-Herman's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Maryn Paul, who had 18 digs and one assist, and Addison Stansberry, who had five digs and two aces.

West Point-Beemer now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Tekamah-Herman, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

West Point-Beemer has already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Madison on the 18th. As for Tekamah-Herman, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Louisville on the 18th.
