Hudson Weare posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Thursday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is becoming a predictor of Coastal Christian's success: when he allows at most one hit the team is 2-1 (and 0-9 when he doesn't).
