Valhalla extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Andrew Mikhail. The Norsemen put the hurt on the Southwest EC Eagles with a sharp 59-37 victory on Saturday thanks in part to Mikhail, who went 8-for-17 to rack up 21 points and four steals. He has also also been stellar as far as field goal percentage is concerned: he's posted one of at least 47% every time he's hit the court this season.

Valhalla's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Southwest EC, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Valhalla will challenge Oceanside at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Norsemen will be up against the Pirates' rather soft defense (which has allowed 71 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Southwest EC, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Somerton at 6:30 p.m. on December 9.
