After a disappointing 0 points in the contest before, Benson Tech made sure to put some points up on the board against Cleveland on Friday. Benson Tech put the hurt on Cleveland with a sharp 56-28 victory. The victory was a breath of fresh air for Benson Tech as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
The win bumped Benson Tech's record up to 1-4. Cleveland are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Next week Benson Tech take on Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts at 7:00 PM. Unlike Benson Tech, Milwaukie/Milwaukie Academy of the Arts will be limping in after taking a loss. As for Cleveland, they will face off against St. Helens. Both of these teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
