Liam Bowling was a major factor in Portola's win over Quincy on Tuesday. Bowling was dialed in and scored 16 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Considering what he did the last time these two duked it out (he scored 15 points along with six assists and five rebounds), Quincy should've known better.
Bowling and Portola will head out on the road to challenge Redding Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Portola got just the result they wanted when they last faced Redding Christian, probably because Bowling had a great game then too: he scored 19 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
