Victor had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 12-44 walloping at St. Ignatius hands. If Victor were expecting payback for the 24-26 loss against St. Ignatius the last time the teams met, then they were shortchanged. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Victor off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving St. Ignatius a 1-0 record.
Next week, Victor take on Darby at 1:00 PM. As for St. Ignatius, they will face of against Clark Fork co-op [Superior/Alberton].
