Dayton is 0-10 against Lowry since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Wednesday. The Dayton Dust Devils will be playing at home against the Lowry Buckaroos at 6:00 p.m. Dayton will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Nevada Rankings (they are ranked 46th, while Lowry is ranked ninth).
Last Friday, Dayton ended up a good deal behind Spring Creek and lost 41-26. Dayton has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Lowry stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Churchill County 76-39 at home. Lowry's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Dayton's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Lowry, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4.
Dayton was taken down by Lowry 67-31 in their previous matchup back in February of 2023. The matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Dayton was down 46-18.
