After losing to the McCutcheon Mavericks the last time they met, the Twin Lakes Indians decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Twin Lakes secured a 44-39 W over McCutcheon on Saturday.
Twin Lakes had a senior duo take command as Gavin Businger scored 17 points along with 5 rebounds and Jamison Ousley scored 11 points along with 3 steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Keaton Miller, who scored 4 points along with 3 blocks.
Twin Lakes' victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for McCutcheon, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Twin Lakes will take on Tri-County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Tri-County comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for McCutcheon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kokomo at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Kokomo has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 198 points over their last three matches.
