They took their match at home with ease, bagging a 63-7 victory over Lake Country Christian. The win was familiar territory for Dallas Christian who now have nine in a row.
Leading Dallas Christian to victory were Jaden Davis and Luke Carney. Davis rushed for 177 yards and a touchdown on only 11 carries, while Carney threw for 241 yards and three touchdowns while completing 90.9% of his passes. Davis was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 69 yards.
Dallas Christian pushed their record up to 10-1 with that victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 42.09 points. As for Lake Country Christian, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
Dallas Christian will take on Covenant at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Covenant will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings (they are ranked 572nd, while Dallas Christian is ranked 208th). Lake Country Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
