There's no place like home for the Lamar Warriors, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Monday. They took down Perryville 58-39 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Lamar also won the last time the pair played back in February.
Lamar's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lane Miller, who scored 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ben Noonan, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 10 rebounds.
Lamar's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Perryville, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
Lamar will head out on the road to face off against Acorn on Wednesday. As for Perryville, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Baptist Prep at 7:30 p.m. Baptist Prep is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
