The Crowley Eagles fell victim to the Trinity Trojans's stalwart defense on Tuesday and couldn't make it onto the board. They were the victim of a rough 6-0 loss at the hands of the Trojans. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Crowley in their matchups with Trinity: they've now lost three in a row.
Crowley's loss dropped their record down to 7-4-3. As for Trinity, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-3-2.
Crowley will head out on the road to take on Boswell at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Weatherford at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Weatherford's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for ten straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
