Glenn's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They put the hurt on the R.J. Reynolds Demons with a sharp 26-1 win. Considering the Bobcats have won four games by more than nine runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Addyson Irving and Kendall Fraas made a splash no matter where they played. Throwing, Irving pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Fraas tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. At bat, Irving scored three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances, while Fraas scored three runs.
In other batting news, Glenn let Kadence Lamonte and Brooklyn Hardin run wild. Glenn's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for R.J. Reynolds, they dropped their record down to 1-7 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.
