Lighthouse Christian suffered a tough 74-52 defeat at the hands of Mid-Missouri HomeSchool. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Lighthouse Christian in their matchups with Mid-Missouri HomeSchool: they've now lost six in a row.
Despite the defeat, Lighthouse Christian got a solid performance out of Elijah Rahn, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Lee Stinson, who scored eight points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Providence Academy pushed their score all the way to 57 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Mingo Valley Christian 62-57. Providence Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Lighthouse Christian's loss dropped their record down to 14-11. As for Providence Academy, their loss was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-15.
