The Parkway Panthers won the last time they faced the South Adams Starfires, and things went their way on Saturday too. Parkway walked away with a 45-34 victory over the Starfires.
South Adams' defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Tytus Lehman, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds, and Owen Wanner who scored ten points along with three steals.
Parkway's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for South Adams, their loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-15.
Parkway and the Tigers will face off at 7:00 p.m. on February 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Versailles is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak. As for South Adams, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the Flying Jets at 7:30 p.m. Adams Central presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than the Starfires in Indiana (the Flying Jets are ranked 74th, while the Starfires are ranked 427th).
