The Perry Hall Gators had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They breezed by Woodlawn at home to the tune of 57-6. The victory was just business as usual for Perry Hall, who after ten games remain undefeated this season.
Perry Hall got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Noah Williams out in front who picked up 72 receiving yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Da'Shaun Conway was another key contributor, throwing for 94 yards and two touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes.
Perry Hall's win was their tenth straight at home (dating back to last season), which pushed their record up to 10-0. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 24.5 points. As for Woodlawn, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.
Perry Hall has the luxury of staying home another week and will welcome Towson at 6:00 p.m. on November 9th. Towson will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Maryland Rankings (they are ranked 172nd, while Perry Hall is ranked 19th). Woodlawn does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
