Tahquitz moved up to 220 from 536 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Mountain Pass. The Titans were able to make the jump by beating Rubidoux 50-0.
Citrus Hill extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating King, 49-10. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Citrus Hill's dynamic duo of Trevor Hodge and KJ Young proved tough for the Wolves to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Hodge threw for 350 yards and three touchdowns and Young had 181 yards receiving. James Ooten helped Citrus Hill's passing attack out by catching five balls for 101 yards.
Joe  Jeffers was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 38 carries, he ran for 278 yards as Beaumont defeated King. Teammate Josh  Martin added to the ground attack by rushing for 21 yards.
Beaumont's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Cougars feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Martin has thrown for 914 yards and nine touchdowns this season, while Sam  Roberts has 18 catches for 415 yards. Jeffers leads the league in rushing with 1037 yards.
West Valley took down Palo Verde Valley 64-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Lorenzo Terry in the win.
