Alma Center Lincoln saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jace Paul, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run. Another was Jay Stetzer, who went 2-for-4 with two doubles.
Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran). They were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over Augusta on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

In other batting news, Sawyer Sydow was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Zimmerman, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base.
Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .658. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Alma Center Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Eau Claire Immanuel Lutheran, their record now sits at 6-7.
