In what's become a running theme this season, the Chancellor Chargers gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past Courtland, posting a 53-20 victory at home. Winning may never get old, but Chancellor sure is getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
Kendall Scott continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 11 points along with seven assists and six steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last ten games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Anastouzja Arvan, who scored eight points along with three steals.
Chancellor pushed their record up to 16-2 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.7 points per game. As for Courtland, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chancellor will take on the Cavaliers at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Caroline will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 291st, while the Chargers are ranked 70th). As for Courtland, they will be playing at home against the Yellow Jackets at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
